1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Registration

The operation of duplicate Accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. slotpk17 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations, including matching by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, and identity documents.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are required to keep all Account information accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — including your address, contact number, or primary payment method — you must update your Account profile promptly. slotpk17 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the User's Account within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the processing timelines of the respective financial institution. slotpk17 does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the User's name. slotpk17 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification. slotpk17 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any fraud investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by slotpk17 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; any unconverted Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity period without replacement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and using automated tools to exploit promotions. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all Bonus Funds and related winnings forfeited.

5.4 Promotional Changes

slotpk17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users who have already claimed a bonus prior to any such modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of claim.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation

The RNG systems used by slotpk17's software providers are independently tested to ensure genuinely random and unbiased outcomes on every game round.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

slotpk17 reserves the right to apply maximum winnings limits to individual events and bet types. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the calculated return.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotpk17 platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and may be subject to legal action:

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

No User or third party may reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any slotpk17 content without prior written authorisation.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data harvesting, or systematic copying of any part of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotpk17 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings resulting from technical failure, service interruption, or third-party system outages beyond slotpk17's reasonable control.

slotpk17's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit slotpk17's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

slotpk17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, slotpk17 will notify registered Users via the email address on file and will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page. The revised Terms will take effect 14 days after notification for existing Users, or immediately for new registrations made after the publication date of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the slotpk17 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through slotpk17's internal complaints procedure, which is accessible by contacting the support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent slotpk17 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraud.
